What it does for your business
- Notes down every quote request: what the job is, the address or area, when suits them for a visit, their name and phone number.
- Gives your rough prices, the ones on your website or in your price list, and makes it clear that the technician gives the fixed price after seeing the job.
- Takes call-outs: a fault, a leak, a socket that isn't working. It leaves them for you with the address and phone number.
- Flags anything urgent and says what you tell it to, such as your emergency number if you have one.
Rules for your trade
- When it's a water, gas or electrical emergency → tell them to call the emergency number and mark it as urgent.
- When they ask for a fixed price → say the technician needs to see it and offer a visit.
- When they ask if you're on your way → note the address and their number, and say they'll be called.
If a caller has an emergency, they'll want to talk to someone straight away. Voani doesn't put calls through: so if you handle emergencies, give your agent a rule with your emergency number, and leave the rest to it.
The details of each call-out
As well as the name, the phone number and the reason, you ask for up to five details of your own: the address or area, the type of job, whether it's urgent, the time slot they prefer for the visit or whether they're an existing customer. Each call-out reaches your dashboard in order, and you can download them as a CSV.
What it would cost you
0.13 € per minute of conversation, VAT included and billed by the second. An example to give you an idea: 15 calls a day lasting 2 minutes, 26 days a month, come to 780 minutes: 101.40 € a month. If you work on your own and get few calls, you only pay for those. You start with 20 free minutes, no card needed.
What it doesn't do yet
- Put the call through to your mobile when it's urgent: it flags anything urgent and gives out the number you set.
- Book the visit into your diary: it notes it down and you confirm it.
- Connect to your number: coming very soon. Today you create it and try it from your browser.
