AI receptionist for schools and driving schools: every enquiry answered, even while you're teaching

Voani answers the phone at your school or driving school while you're teaching a class or out on a driving lesson. It explains courses, licences, timetables and prices with what your website says, and notes down everyone who's interested with their name, number and what they're looking for, so you can enrol them yourselves.

What it does at your school or driving school

  • Explains what you offer: courses and levels, licences, group timetables, prices and what's needed to enrol.
  • Notes down everyone who's interested: name, phone number, course or licence, level, the times that suit them and, if it's for a child, their parent's details.
  • Looks after your students: whether there's a class tomorrow, how to make one up, what time the theory test is, with what its document says.
  • Picks up calls while you're teaching or out in the car, and leaves you a summary of them so you can call back.

Rules for your school

  • When a child calls → also ask for their parent's name and phone number.
  • When they ask whether there are places left in a group → don't promise it: note the course and say they'll confirm it.
  • When they ask to change a driving lesson → note the day they had and the one they'd prefer, and say the change will be confirmed.

Each enquiry's details

As well as the name, the phone number and the reason, you ask for up to five details of your own: the course or licence, the level, the age, the times they prefer and whether they're a child. With children, what counts is their parent's consent: that's why it's worth noting the parent's details. Each enquiry reaches your dashboard in order, so you can call them and enrol them.

What it would cost you

0.13 € per minute of conversation, VAT included and billed by the second. An example to give you an idea: 12 calls a day lasting 3 minutes, 22 days a month, come to 792 minutes: 102.96 € a month. If more people call in September, you pay more that month; if hardly anyone calls in August, you pay hardly anything. You start with 20 free minutes, no card needed.

What it doesn't do yet

  • Enrol students or book driving lessons in your management software: it notes down the enquiry and you enrol them.
  • Take the enrolment fee: Voani can't take payments.
  • Connect to the school's phone: coming very soon. Today you create it and try it from your browser.

Frequently asked questions

Can it enrol a student?

No: it notes down the enquiry with their name, phone number, the course or licence and the times they prefer, and says you'll call them about enrolling. It doesn't connect to management software yet.

What does it do if a child calls?

Whatever you tell it with a rule, for example to also ask for their parent's name and phone number. With children, it's their parent's consent that counts.

Does it know my courses, timetables and prices?

Yes, if they're on your website or in a PDF you upload. If it's asked about something that isn't there, such as whether there are places left, it doesn't make it up: it notes it down for you to answer.

Can it change a driving lesson?

It doesn't change it: it notes the day they had and the one they'd prefer, and says you'll confirm it.

How much does it cost?
