What it does at your firm

  • Notes down every repair report: the building, the entrance and the flat, who's reporting it, their number and what's wrong.
  • Flags anything urgent: a leak, a broken-down lift, a power cut in the stairwell. At the top of your dashboard.
  • Answers the usual questions: when the next residents' meeting is, how to request a statement of outstanding charges, how to pay the service charge by direct debit, with what its document says.
  • Picks up calls out of hours and leaves you the reports in order for the morning.

Rules for your buildings

  • When they report a leak, a broken-down lift or a power cut → mark it as urgent and say they'll be called straight away.
  • When they ask for a statement of outstanding charges or a copy of the minutes → note the building and the flat, and say it will be sent to them.
  • When they ask about a service charge bill → note the building and the flat, and say it will be checked.

If you have an emergency number for out of hours, give it to your agent with a rule and it will give it out when needed.

The details of each report

As well as the name, the phone number and the reason, you ask for up to five details of your own: the building, the entrance and flat, the type of issue, whether it's urgent and whether the caller is an owner or tenant. Each report reaches your dashboard in order, can be searched by building and downloaded as a CSV. With a webhook, it reaches the tool you use to manage repairs shortly after the call ends.

What it would cost you

0.13 € per minute of conversation, VAT included and billed by the second. An example to give you an idea: 30 calls a day lasting 2 minutes, 22 days a month, come to 1,320 minutes: 171.60 € a month. You start with 20 free minutes, no card needed.

What it doesn't do yet

  • Put the call through to a contractor or an emergency line: it flags anything urgent and gives out the number you set.
  • Open the job in your software: it leaves it in the dashboard and, with the webhook, in your tool.
  • Connect to your firm's phone: coming very soon. Today you create it and try it from your browser.

Frequently asked questions

What does it do with an urgent report?

It flags it as urgent in your dashboard and says what you tell it to with a rule, for example that you'll call them straight away, or the out-of-hours emergency number. It doesn't put the call through.

Does it note the building and the flat?

Yes, if you ask for them as call details: the building, the entrance and the flat, the type of issue and whether the caller is an owner or tenant.

Can it give information about service charges or meetings?

Whatever is in its document, yes, such as when the next meeting is or how to request a certificate. Anything specific to one resident, such as a particular bill, it notes down for you to check.

Can I take the reports into my software?

With the webhook, each report reaches the address you choose shortly after the call ends, with its summary and details. You can also download them as a CSV.

How much does it cost?

0.13 € per minute of conversation, VAT included, billed by the second. You start with 20 free minutes, no card needed, and no commitment.
