What it does at your garage
- Gives rough prices from your rates: an oil change, a set of brake pads, a service. If something needs looking at first, it says so.
- Takes down appointments with the car, the number plate, what's wrong with it, the day they'd prefer and their phone number.
- Answers the usual questions: opening hours, where you are, whether you work on a particular make or whether they need to book.
- Handles “is my car ready yet?”: it notes the number plate and phone number so you can let them know.
- Picks up calls after you've closed and leaves you the message for first thing.
Rules for your garage, in one click
The dashboard has ideas for garages, which you add as they are or change:
- When they ask how much a repair costs → say the car needs to be seen and offer to bring it in for a free, no-obligation quote.
- When their car has broken down on the road → ask where they are and for a number, and say they'll be called right away.
- When they ask if their car is ready → take the registration and their number, and say they'll be told as soon as it is.
Rough prices by phone; the quote, in writing
Over the phone it gives the rough prices you have in your rates, and makes it clear that's what they are: the actual quote is given in writing at the garage. A rule so it always says so:
- When they ask for a fixed price → say it's a rough guide and that the quote is given in writing at the garage.
The number plate, on every call
As well as the name, the phone number, the reason and their preferred date, you ask for the details that are useful to you, up to five of your own: the number plate, the make and model, the type of service, whether they need a tow or the job number of a repair. When it's given a number plate or a phone number, it repeats it back to confirm, and in your dashboard each call arrives with those details in order, so you can search for it or download it as a CSV.
What it learns from your website
With “Read my website”, the AI reads up to 12 pages of your website and writes its document: your services, the rates you publish, opening hours and directions. If your prices are in a PDF, you upload it. Whatever isn't there, you write in yourself: whether you offer a courtesy car, whether you collect cars from customers' homes or how long a service takes.
What it would cost you
0.13 € per minute of conversation, VAT included and billed by the second. An example to give you an idea: 12 calls a day lasting 2 minutes, 22 days a month, come to 528 minutes: 68.64 € a month. You start with 20 free minutes, no card needed.
What it doesn't do yet
- Check your garage management software: it doesn't know how far along each repair is; it takes a note so you can let them know.
- Book the appointment into your diary: it notes it down and your team confirms it.
- Connect to the garage's phone: coming very soon. Today you create it and try it from your browser.
