What it does at your restaurant
- Takes down bookings: how many people, which day, what time and under what name, with their number, and whether anyone has an allergy.
- Answers about the menu: which dishes there are, how much they cost and what's in each one, with what your website or your PDF menu says. Allergens, only if they're in its document; if not, it notes the question down and says the staff will tell them on the premises.
- Notes down takeaway orders and delivery orders, with the time and, if needed, the address.
- Answers the usual questions: kitchen hours, whether you have a terrace, directions or where to park.
- Picks up calls when you're closed, with your out-of-hours greeting, and leaves you the message.
Rules for your restaurant, in one click
The dashboard has ideas for restaurants, which you add as they are or change:
- When they want to book for more than 8 people → take their name, number, day and time, and say the manager will call to confirm.
- When they ask about allergies or intolerances → say the staff will tell them about each dish, and note the allergy in the booking.
- When they ask if there's a table for today → don't promise it: take their details and say they'll be called to confirm.
And your own: the set menu of the day, whether you allow dogs, the deposit for groups or how late people can book.
What it learns from your website
With “Read my website”, the AI reads up to 12 pages of your website and writes its document: the menu with its prices, set menus, opening hours, address and whatever you say about your restaurant. If your menu is in a PDF, you upload it and it learns it just the same. Whatever changes every day, such as the set menu or the specials, you write into its document yourself.
The details of each booking
As well as the name, the phone number and the date, you ask for the details that are useful to you, up to five of your own: the number of diners, the time, allergies, the area (terrace or inside) or whether it's takeaway. Each booking reaches your dashboard with those details in order, ready to confirm.
Is it right for your restaurant?
It's a particularly good fit for bars and restaurants that take bookings by phone without booking software, and for grill houses, pizzerias, burger bars or takeaways with lots of orders. If you already use a booking system that confirms tables instantly, Voani doesn't replace it: your agent can't see which tables are free.
In your caller's language
Your agent speaks Spanish, English, French, German or Italian, with native voices. Each agent answers in one language and doesn't switch mid-call; your account holds up to 10, for example one in Spanish and another in English for people booking from abroad.
What it would cost you
0.13 € per minute of conversation, VAT included and billed by the second: a 1 minute 30 second booking call costs 19.5 cents. An example to give you an idea: 15 calls a day lasting a minute and a half, all 30 days of the month, come to 675 minutes: 87.75 € a month. You start with 20 free minutes, no card needed.
What it doesn't do yet
- Put the booking into your bookings diary or booking software: it doesn't connect to any; it leaves it noted down for you and your team confirms it.
- Send the confirmation to the person booking by text or WhatsApp.
- Connect to the restaurant's phone: coming very soon. Today you create it and try it from your browser.
