What it does at your firm
- Answers the most common questions: what paperwork to bring for a tax return or to register as self-employed, the fees you publish and your opening hours, including summer hours and tax season hours.
- Takes down every appointment and every message, with the name, the phone number, the client number and the matter.
- Tax or employment questions, for the adviser: with your rules, it notes them down instead of answering them.
- Flags anything urgent, such as a letter from the tax office or social security with a deadline.
Rules for your firm
- When they ask a tax or employment question → say the adviser will answer it and note it down.
- When they've received a letter from the tax office or social security → mark it as urgent and ask for the date of the letter.
- When they ask how their tax return or other paperwork is going → ask for their name and client number, and say they'll be called with an update.
In tax season, without missing a call
During the months of tax returns and quarterly returns, the phone never stops. Voani picks up the calls your team can't take, answers the usual ones with what it knows and leaves you the rest noted down, with the client number, so you can return them in order. And as you pay by the minute, with no monthly fee, for the rest of the year you only pay for the time your agent talks.
The details of each call
As well as the name, the phone number and the reason, you ask for up to five details of your own: the client number, the matter (tax return, quarterly returns, payroll, corporation tax), the date of the letter or the adviser who handles their affairs. They can be searched, filtered and downloaded as a CSV.
What it would cost you
0.13 € per minute of conversation, VAT included and billed by the second. An example to give you an idea: 18 calls a day lasting 2 minutes, 22 days a month, come to 792 minutes: 102.96 € a month. You start with 20 free minutes, no card needed.
What it doesn't do yet
- See the actual status of a tax return or other paperwork: it doesn't check your software; it takes a note so you can call back.
- Book the appointment into your diary: it notes it down and your team confirms it.
- Connect to the firm's phone: coming very soon. Today you create it and try it from your browser.
