The same in every business, tailored to each one
In any business, your Voani agent does the same thing at heart: it answers with what it learns from your website, takes down appointments, bookings and orders with the caller's name and number, doesn't make up what it doesn't know and leaves you a summary of every call, with what you need to do.
What changes from one industry to another is what it's asked and how it needs to act. For that, your agent has three things:
- Its document, which the AI writes from what your website says: your services, your prices, your opening hours.
- Your rules, in the form “When… → say or do…”. The dashboard has ready-made ideas for clinics, restaurants, garages, hair salons, estate agents and shops.
- The details you choose for each call: as well as the name, the phone number and the reason, up to five of your own, such as the registration at a garage, the health insurer at a clinic or the listing reference at an estate agent's.
What it doesn't do today, in any industry
- Book into your diary or your industry's software: it notes down the appointment, booking or order, and your team confirms it.
- Put the call through to a person or send messages to callers.
- Connect to your number: coming very soon. Today you create it and try it from your browser.
Your business isn't on the list?
If you answer the phone, it works for you: a shop, an optician's, a gym, a repair service. You give it your website, set your rules and try it from your browser before it answers anyone. We explain it step by step in How it works, and what it costs in Pricing.
