What it does at your practice
- Takes down appointments, with the patient's name and number, what they need (a check-up, a cleaning, a first visit) and the day and time they'd prefer, with a second option just in case.
- Answers with what your website says: treatments, the prices you publish, opening hours, address, directions and where to park.
- Flags anything urgent so you can call back yourself, and says what you tell it to in an emergency.
- Takes changes and cancellations: it notes the name and the day of the appointment so you can change it yourselves.
- Picks up calls out of hours, with your practice-closed greeting, and leaves you the message.
Rules for your practice, in one click
The dashboard has ideas for clinics that you add as they are or change as you like:
- When someone says they're in a lot of pain or that it's urgent → tell them to call emergency services if it's serious, and take their number so they're called back right away.
- When they ask the price of a treatment that isn't in your document → say it depends on the assessment and offer to book an appointment to look at it.
- When they want to change or cancel their appointment → ask for their name and the day of the appointment, and say it will be confirmed.
And your own, for example:
- When they mention severe pain or a swollen face → mark it as urgent and give the practice's emergency number.
- When they ask something clinical → say the dentist will assess it at the appointment and note it down.
The details it leaves you about each patient
As well as the name, the phone number, the reason and their preferred date, you ask for the details that are useful to you, up to five of your own: the type of visit (check-up, cleaning, orthodontics, implant, emergency), whether they're a new patient, their insurer, the dentist they prefer or the time of day. A general reason is better than detailed symptoms: that way your agent notes just what's needed to book the appointment.
What it learns from your website
With “Read my website”, the AI reads up to 12 pages of your website and writes its document: the treatments you offer, the prices you publish, opening hours, address, the team and FAQs. If your fees are in a PDF, you upload it. Whatever isn't there, you add yourself, such as whether you work with any insurers or offer finance.
What it doesn't know, it doesn't make up: it notes the question down for you to answer and shows it to you in the dashboard under “What it couldn't answer”, so you can add it to its document.
Your patients' data
In a clinic, calls are about health. This is what we do with them:
- Your data is stored on a server in Spain; the voice and the AI use external providers (some in the US) only to process each call.
- You can switch off your agent's recording. Recordings are deleted automatically after 90 days at most, and the summary and the written conversation after the period you choose: 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.
- We don't use your calls to train AI models.
- If you need it for the GDPR, we'll send you the data processing agreement.
What it would cost you
0.13 € per minute of conversation, VAT included and billed by the second. An example to give you an idea: a practice that gets 30 calls a day lasting 2 minutes, 22 days a month, talks for 1,320 minutes: 171.60 € a month. You start with 20 free minutes, no card needed. More figures in Pricing.
What it doesn't do yet
- Book the appointment into your diary: it doesn't connect to your practice management software or to calendars; it notes it down and your team confirms it.
- Send reminders to patients.
- Connect to the practice's phone: coming very soon. Today you create it and try it from your browser.
