What it does at your agency
- Answers about the properties it knows: bedrooms, price, area, whether there's a terrace or a lift.
- Notes down viewings with the days and times that suit the caller, and their number, for you to arrange.
- Takes down what people are looking for: area, budget, bedrooms, to buy or to rent.
- Notes down owners who want to sell or let, with their area and number, so you can call them about a valuation.
- Never makes anything up: whatever depends on the owner, or whatever it doesn't know, it notes down.
Rules for your agency, in one click
The dashboard has ideas for estate agents, which you add as they are or change:
- When they call about a specific flat or house → ask for the address or listing reference and a number, so whoever handles it can call back.
- When they want to sell or rent out their home → take their name, number and area, and say they'll be called to value it.
- When they ask to see a property → take their details and the days that suit them, and say the viewing will be confirmed.
And one worth adding: “When they ask about fees → explain only what your document says and, if it isn't there, say the person handling the property will explain”. That way it never improvises about who pays what.
What it knows about your properties
With “Read my website”, the AI reads up to 12 pages of your website and writes its document: who you are, the area you cover, how you work and the properties on those pages. If you have a lot, it won't know them all: the ones you get the most calls about, you write into its document yourself. And when it's asked about one it doesn't know, it takes the listing reference and phone number so whoever handles it can call back.
Each enquiry's details
As well as the name, the phone number and the reason, you ask for the details that are useful to you, up to five of your own: the listing reference, whether it's to buy or rent, the budget, whether they need a mortgage or the area they're looking in. Just enough to call them knowing what they want: no payslips or financial details over the phone. In your dashboard, each call arrives with those details in order; you star it if you want to call first and download it all as a CSV. With a webhook, each enquiry reaches the tool you use as soon as the call ends.
What it would cost you
0.13 € per minute of conversation, VAT included and billed by the second. An example to give you an idea: 25 calls a day lasting 2 minutes, 22 days a month, come to 1,100 minutes: 143 € a month. You start with 20 free minutes, no card needed.
What it doesn't do yet
- Know all your properties if you have a lot: it reads up to 12 pages of your website, and you tell it about the rest.
- Arrange viewings in your diary or connect to your property software: it takes a note and you confirm.
- Connect to the agency's phone: coming very soon. Today you create it and try it from your browser.
