What it does at your clinic
- Answers the most common questions: the price of a session and of packages, whether you do home visits and what they cost, opening hours, where you are and where to park, and whether you work with health insurers, if it's on your website.
- Notes down every appointment: whether it's an initial assessment or a follow-up, at the clinic or at home, the day and time of day they'd prefer, the name and the phone number.
- Takes changes and cancellations, with the name and the day of the appointment, so you can change it yourselves.
- Picks up calls when you're out, on a home visit or with the clinic closed, and leaves you a summary of each message.
Rules for your clinic
The dashboard has ideas for clinics that you add with one click:
- When someone says they're in a lot of pain or that it's urgent → tell them to call emergency services if it's serious, and take their number so they're called back right away.
- When they ask the price of a treatment that isn't in your document → say it depends on the assessment and offer to book an appointment to look at it.
- When they want to change or cancel their appointment → ask for their name and the day of the appointment, and say it will be confirmed.
And two that often come in handy in physiotherapy:
- When they ask about an injury or which exercises to do → say the physiotherapist will assess it in the first session and offer an appointment.
- When it's about a road traffic accident or a health insurer → note only the insurer, with no further details.
Each patient's details
As well as the name, the phone number, the reason and their preferred date, you ask for the details that are useful to you, up to five of your own: first visit or follow-up, clinic or home, whether it's through a health insurer or an accident, the time of day or the physiotherapist they prefer. Physiotherapy is healthcare: a general reason (“the knee”, “the back”) is better than a detailed description of the injury.
Your data is stored on a server in Spain; the voice and the AI use external providers (some in the US) only to process each call. You can switch off your agent's recording, choose how long written conversations are kept (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) and request the data processing agreement.
What it would cost you
0.13 € per minute of conversation, VAT included and billed by the second. An example to give you an idea: 15 calls a day lasting 2 minutes, 22 days a month, come to 660 minutes: 85.80 € a month. If you work on your own and get few calls, you only pay for those. You start with 20 free minutes, no card needed.
What it doesn't do yet
- Book the appointment into your diary: it doesn't connect to your practice management software or to calendars; it notes it down and your team confirms it.
- Send appointment reminders or let patients know their package is running out.
- Connect to the clinic's phone: coming very soon. Today you create it and try it from your browser.
